Preserving Ancient Royal Gastronomy
Since 1998
Born out of an uncompromising reverence for royal Awadhi and Mughlai culinary traditions, Shahi Dawat began with a simple yet revolutionary promise: To serve food that nourishes both body and soul without industrial shortcuts.
The Soul of Our Kitchen
For centuries, the royal kitchens of Lucknow, Rampur, and Hyderabad never used refined industrial oils or artificial enhancers. The royal khansamas relied on wooden cold-pressed mustard oil, bilona churned A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee, and potent hand-ground spices.
At Shahi Dawat, we continue that sacred legacy today. Our spices are whole-roasted in cast iron vats and stone-pounded weekly, ensuring unmatched aroma and bioavailability of essential nutrients.
